Yes, you read right!  Try Before you Buy Investing!

As well as the full blown service, we also offer a trial period! This sounds a strange concept in this arena, and you would be right… we know of nobody that offers a similar idea.

How Does It Work?

Put simply, we register your interest, and then if you wish you may come and view our show-home investment property you can visit our demo evening.  The actual properties change on a regular basis, as we are obviously selling them at the same time, but they are the real McCoy so consider this dipping your toe in the investments water!

We host a demonstration evening every month or so, register below to book your place at the next one… there potential investors get to have a snoop around a property that is on sale at that particular time. We will then send you through mock costings and papers - which you will read for your information.  These are ACTUAL legal papers, although they will be clearly marked void - and no money will change hands.

Then begins the process of you specifying your preferred tenant and helping us decide the rental value of your property.

Then once you decide to start - we commence.  You will get IDENTICAL statements to full investors and paperwork each month that highlight any costs arising from the property, the rental incomes, management fee and what you are left with.

If the figure payable to you is less than £10 in the particular month, we will even ENCLOSE A REAL CHEQUE for that value!  So you have the potential to make money - even though the property is only yours in the realms of make-believe! Unfortunately, however, all good things must come to an end, and the trial investment period lasts 3 months, after which time, you will be presented with your key to get you 5% cash from us, and if you think investing is for you - you can actually do it for real!!
